Pencil Drawings

I like to describe my work in graphite as "pencil paintings'. I build up the values of the drawing through
many layers using several hardness of graphite - from hard to very soft, and everything in-between.
I am especially interested in showing a contrast between light and shadow.
To me, this illustrates how God shines the Light of his presence into our darkened lives.
